Fusta Shoes uses for national deliveries the company MRW and for international deliveries MRW partners.
For national purchases the estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays or local festivities).For international deliveries and deliveries to Canary Islands the estimated delivery time is 7-9 working days. These are estimated delivery times starting from the moment that we dispatch the item. If the product is in stock, dispatch time is 48 hours from the receipt of purchased order. These times may vary during busier periods.
Items ordered that are designated for deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import fees). The recipient of the delivery is the importer of the record in destination country and is responsible for all fees. We recommend to check with your import office to avoid unnexpected charges. Orders with more than one item may incur on extra delivery fees depending on destination.
All the deliveries are insured depending on the value of the goods and must be signed for on receipt.
Please check that your address and billing address details are correct when checking out.
Once the order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once we proceed with the delivery, another email will follow providing you with the parcel tracking number assigned by the courier company responsible for delivering your item(s). In case of not receiving your receipt or loss, please contact us in order to provide you with a new one.

Fusta Shoes will accept exchanges and refunds of the products as long as they have not been made to order and except espadrilles whithin 5 days form the receiving of the product(s). Ensure that the item being returned is in good condition with all tags and labels attached (specifically there must be no marks on them). Returns and exchanges must include the original box in a good condition. The shoes must be tried on a clean surface (rugs or carpets) until you decide if you want to keep them.
We accept exchanges, as long as we have stock, except items on sale that can be exchanged but not returned.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsability unless the item is FAULTY.
Once we have received the item(s) for return and checked that they comply with the requirements as detailed above, Fusta Shoes will refund the price paid for the item(s) within 30 working days from the receipt of the product in our warehouse and will be refunded to the same card details provided when making the purchase.
Fusta Shoes will not refund for the international import costs or custom fees.

Fusta Shoes is not responsible for the damage or loss once the product has been handed to the delivery company. If your products are damaged on arrival, please let us know as soon as possible. Please keep all of the relevant documents in order to carry out a complaint. If the package is damaged and the courier cannot stay until you open it, please inform them and make sure to mark as “damaged package”.
